The site layout gets into greater detail of the areas to be constructed with horse barns or other equine facilities. It includes dimensioned plans of buildings showing:

• Exact road placement and widths
• Location of entry
• Layout of fences and gates
• Developed land features
• Specific locations
• Sizes of buildings

It might also show:

• Major drainage-ways
• Dimensions and layout of parking
• Location of arenas
• Paddocks
• Landscape-areas
